TheCollapse Mods sells and distributes digital DayZ server mods, configuration examples, dependency files, and related documentation.

A product license is attached to the Discord account used during checkout. Keep access to that Discord account if you want to keep access to your downloads.

Files may be updated, replaced, renamed, or removed when needed for maintenance, security, compatibility, or product cleanup.

Discord login is used to identify your account and show the mods connected to you.

You are responsible for keeping your Discord account secure. If you lose access to Discord, contact support and we will review what can be recovered.

Do not share account access, download links, mod files, license access, or support-only materials with people who did not purchase or claim the product.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on this site.

After checkout, your account should unlock the purchased product automatically. If that does not happen, contact support with your Discord account and order details.

Free products may still create account records, checkout sessions, or invoices so access can be tracked consistently.

Because these are digital downloads, completed purchases are generally final once access has been granted.

Refund requests may be reviewed for duplicate purchases, accidental checkout, failed delivery, or cases where the product was not accessed.

Refund approval is not guaranteed. Chargebacks, payment abuse, or file sharing may result in account access being removed.

Support is provided through the official Discord linked on this site.

We can help with install questions, included configuration, account access, and product issues.

Support does not include custom server administration, unrelated mod conflicts, repacking help outside product instructions, or guaranteed compatibility with every private server setup.

Do not resell, leak, redistribute, reupload, reverse engineer, or claim ownership of TheCollapse Mods products.

Do not attempt to bypass Discord login, Stripe checkout, download restrictions, account checks, or bot/API access controls.

Access can be suspended or removed for abuse, fraud, redistribution, harassment, or attempts to damage the service.

Products are provided as-is. We test our releases, but server environments vary and DayZ updates can change behavior.

We are not responsible for server downtime, lost revenue, player disputes, bad configuration changes, conflicting mods, or third-party platform outages.

These terms may change as the storefront, products, account system, or payment flow grows.

Continuing to use the site or download products after changes means you accept the updated terms.
