We use account data to show owned mods, protect private downloads, connect purchases to Discord accounts, and provide support.

We use Stripe order data to confirm payment, generate receipts or invoices, recover purchases, and prevent access abuse.

We use reviews only to display feedback on the storefront and understand product quality.

Stripe handles payment processing. TheCollapse Mods does not store full card numbers, bank details, or card security codes.

Stripe may collect and process payment, billing, fraud prevention, and tax-related information under Stripe's own policies.

The site uses cookies to keep you logged in, protect Discord OAuth state, and connect your browser session to your account.

Clearing cookies or logging out removes the local site session, but it does not log you out of Discord itself.

We keep server logs for troubleshooting, security, checkout debugging, account access, download checks, webhook processing, and abuse prevention.

Logs may include request paths, timestamps, IP addresses, status codes, Discord user IDs when logged in, and operational error details.

We do not sell customer data.

Data may be shared with services required to run the storefront, including Discord for login and Stripe for checkout.

Information may also be used when necessary to investigate abuse, respond to legal requirements, or protect the service.

Purchase and entitlement records are kept so customers can keep access to downloads and support.

Reviews may remain public unless removed by request or moderation.

Operational logs may be rotated or deleted as part of normal maintenance.
